Eagle Beat Down
The Sacred Heart lacrosse team defeated Eastern High school 8-7 on Tuesday, March 21.
This was the Valkyries fourth and biggest game of the season so far. The Eagles are ranked first in the state while the Valkyries are second.
“We’ve been working on our plays and testing our patience and possession,” senior Mary Katherine Hardy said. “It was gratifying to see it working so effectively.”
The team heads to Atlanta this weekend to play in a competitive tournament. Good luck Valkyries!
