Dancing the Night Away
On Sunday, February 26, the Sacred Heart Academy dance team held a father daughter dance on the Captain’s Quarters Princess Yacht. Originally, the Sacred Heart father daughter dance occurred while the dance team was away at nationals.
While at nationals, the dance team placed 11th overall in the Large Hip Hop category. More recently, the dance team placed 1st in the Large Jazz category, and 4th in the Large Hip Hop category in the state competition.
The father daughter dance was filled with fun. The yacht cruised down the Ohio River with a view of Downtown Louisville. The team had fun reuniting with their teammates after their last competition. Most importantly they got to spend a night with their dads.
